The Basics

While every product we carry is local, not all are USDA certified organic. Any organic products will say "organic" in the product description and include the USDA Certified Organic seal on the product photo.

Any products without the organic label or seal still meet our food standards but are not certified organic. We do carry products from some local farms that do use conventional pesticides. We're working hard to provide more transparency on every product to allow you to make buying choices that fit your values. All of them! Farm Link Hawai‘i only sells local products. All of our produce is grown in the State of Hawai‘i. Any meat products must be raised their entire life and slaughtered in Hawai‘i. Value-added products that prioritize Hawai‘i grown ingredients will be given preference.   Read more details on our food standards page.
Our ever-changing climate and small farmer production means there is a lot of variability in what's available in a given week. We work with our producers to increase consistency, but we always encourage shoppers to be bold and try something new if you don't find your favorite item.
Yes, there is a $30 minimum for all orders. Home delivery is a flat $15 fee. Most of our pickup locations do not charge a fee.
Farm Link currently delivers to every region of O‘ahu every Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Edit your order up until noon the day before delivery.
Kind of, but not exactly. Most Community Supported Agriculture programs (CSAs) offer produce box subscriptions where buyers prepay for future deliveries and most don't allow you to choose what you get.

Farm Link Hawai‘i is more of an online grocery dedicated to selling only local food. We let you order what you want, when you want. You can choose from hundreds of unique local fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, eggs, dairy, and other provisions. There is no fee to create an account and you don’t need to subscribe to an ongoing service.

If you want to let us shop produce for you, order one of our Farmer's Choice Bags where you'll get the best, seasonal fruits and vegetables at the best value. You can optionally subscribe and receive a Farmer's Choice Bag every week (or every other week).
While we source product from neighbor islands, we do not yet deliver to customers outside of O‘ahu.
Yes!  We will give a $10.00 account credit for every new customer that places an order and includes your first and last name in the referred by field in their account set up.  A credit will be added to your account and will automatically apply to your next order.  You can see the credit in your account by going to My Account > Delivery History.

 

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver to the entire island on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.  We deliver only to Kalihi to Hawaii Kai and Kailua to Windward Mall on Sundays.  We do NOT deliver to military bases & housing.

Deliveries are between 10am-5pm.  Day of delivery you will receive a text when the driver is on their way to you and again when the driver has arrived to your location.  We are working to provide smaller delivery windows, please bear with us.

  • Big Tree Farm (66-308 Paalaa Rd. Hale'iwa) - Mondays and Thursdays from 3pm-6pm. SNAP-EBT accepted
  • Kalapawai Cafe (711 Kamokila Blvd. Kapolei) - Mondays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm
  • Lanikai Brewing Company (167 Hamakua Dr. Kailua) - Sundays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm
  • Hub Coworking Hawaii (1050 Queen St. #100 Kakaako) - Thursdays from 3pm - 5pm
  • Key Project (47-200 Waihee Rd. Kaneohe) Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30pm - 4pm
  • Farm Link Food Hub (743 Waiakamilo Rd, Suite J, Kalihi) Mondays, Fridays and Sundays 9:30-12:30pm and Mondays and Fridays 4-6pm. SNAP-EBT accepted
  • Sunset Beach Elementary School (59-360 Kamehameha Hwy. Haleiwa) Thursdays 2-3pm *$5 pick up fee

  • Manoa Chocolate (333 Uluniu St Suite 203 Kailua) - Thursdays and Fridays from 2-4pm

We'll deliver sometime between 10am and 6pm. 

On the delivery day, you will receive at text message when your stop is next so you can look out for the driver. And you'll receive another text message when the driver is arriving. Please remember to practice social distancing and stay at least six feet away at all times.
No you don't need to be there, but please go to My Account > Preferences > Note for Driver and specify a note to the driver so she knows where to drop off your perishable goods in case you're not home. It's best if you can leave out a big cooler with an ice pack so our driver can keep your items fresh. 

If we aren't able to reach you and you haven't left a cooler out for us.  We will leave ice packs in your order.  Please return ice packs to us on your next order for delivery.  
Contact support@farmlinkhawaii.com if you missed a delivery or pickup. We cannot refund your order if you weren't available, but we may be able to find a way for you to still retrieve your order.
We are able to take back the cardboard box your order arrives in. 

For home delivery:  Please go to your account preferences to leave the drive a note on where to leave the items of your order if you would like us to take back the cardboard box. 

For pick up locations: Most of our pick up locations will allow you to leave the box behind for reuse.  At this time, Banan and Key Project are not able to allow you to leave your order box behind.  

We are working to switch to reusable bins and compostable packaging in the near future. Thank you for your patience as we reduce our waste stream.
We pay our delivery drivers living wages with benefits and tips are not expected. If you feel like giving a bit extra, consider purchasing a gift certificate to share the gift of local food with a neighbor. Also, fruit pies. We won't turn down fruit pies.

 

Ordering

Yes! With our new marketplace software, you can keep adjusting your order up until noon before your delivery day. We add new product availability all the time so make sure to check back in frequently to keep adding to your shopping cart.

Our Farmer's Choice Bag contains in-season produce from our best local farmers. It's like a CSA bag from many local farmers that you can order when you want or you can set it and forget it by choosing an "Every Week" frequency when adding it to your shopping cart.
There are many variables that impact our local farmers and ranchers: weather, pests, labor, and logistics. Due to these factors and Farm Link's short supply-chain, sometimes our local farmers may not have your expected item. When this happens, we do our best to swap it out with a similar item. If you're unhappy with the substitution, contact us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
We offer a digital gift certificate and it can be purchased by going here.  If you already have a Farm Link account, you will be directed to  enter recipient name and email information and a gift note to the recipient.  If you don't have a Farm Link account you will need set up a one time password to set up payment info for the gift certificate and then enter recipient name and email information gift note to the recipient.  A gift code will be emailed directly to the recipient and you will receive a confirmation receipt.

How do I purchase a gift certificate now, but sent the gift later?  Enter your own email address in the recipient field.  The gift code will be emailed to you and you can print and/or forward the gift code when you want.

How do I redeem the gift certificate?  Enter the gift code in the Discount Code field of the shopping cart.  Gift card codes apply as a credit on your account.  Your credit will apply automatically to your next order and can be viewed by going to My Account > Delivery History.  Your credit will NOT appear in your cart, but always under delivery history and on your payment receipt.

I didn't receive my gift card email! What do I do? No problem, just let us know at support@farmlinkhawaii.com and we will reissue it for you.

 

Payment

Your card will be charged delivery day. If there are any changes to your order after you're charged, they will show up on your statement as an additional debit or credit.
We will attempt to charge your credit card sometime between the order cutoff and delivery times. If the charge is declined, we will send you an email asking you to login and ensure your card details are correct or to call your bank to resolve the situation. We will try again to charge your card later that day. If your card is declined a second time, we will not deliver your order.
If you need to update your credit card on file, click on My Account > Account Info and scroll down to the Payment Info section.
Yes!  To sign up for an account so you are able to place an order, contact Farm Link at (808) 201-5252 or support@farmlinkhawaii.com. 

Once your account is set up, you can place an order at any time.  Edit your order up until noon the day before delivery.   

DA BUX double up food bucks:
When purchasing with SNAP-EBT you'll get 50% off the following items max discount $20/day.  DA BUX discount will not show as you place your order. The discount will be calculated at time of pick up when your card is charged.
