100% grass-fed and finished beef pasture-raised in Upcountry Kula, Maui. This fourth-generation ranching family’s Naalae Wagyu-cross cattle are raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. Minimally processed, aged for 14 days, butchered in-house at Farm Link Hawaii, and freshly frozen.

Four generations ago, Manual Jacintho worked as a mason, saved his earnings, and purchased small properties in the Kula area of Maui. He started a part-time Black Angus ranch to feed his family and supplement the family income. The healthy grass growing on the pastures' naturally rich soil kept a healthy breed of cattle thriving. The Jacintho family carries on the tradition to this day by raising Angus, Brangus, and Wagyu varieties, producing their 100% grass-fed beef without the use of hormones, antibiotics, or artificial stimulants.
