Spicy Cured Pork Loin, Extra Large
Often called Lonza, made from center-cut boneless pork loin. Itʻs salt cured, air dried for 8 weeks, then thinly sliced.
Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids.
Made in-house by Meat Provisioner Bob McGee, who has decades of experience creating ono cured meats and grindz that make it even easier for you to eat local.
