Hawai'i grown and made, 70% dark chocolate. Winner of the 2014, 2015, & 2016 Big Island Chocolate Festival best bean-to-bar chocolate award. Made with Likao Kula Farm Kona cacao, grown and fermented by rock star cacao farmer Gini. The high 1600 ft altitude of this farm makes it one of the highest in the world. This gives incredible creaminess to the chocolate as the chilly cacao bundles up with extra cocoa butter insulation for the frigid winters of the Kona mountains. This bar has excellent gooseberry, currant, and Brazil nut notes to it.
Crafted from bean-to-bar on the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i, with over 26 Hawaiian, US, and international awards for our chocolate made with cacao from Hawai'i, Latin America, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia. We bring you back to the roots of chocolate and how it was originally conceived thousands of years ago by the Maya, Olmec, and Aztec.
