Akiko is originally from the Lone Star State and she brings her experiences and shares her creativity with Hawaiʻi now through Aloha Bites, "Sharing aloha one bite at a time." She creates sweet bite size treats made from local ingredients from the island of Hawaiʻi and uses plant based food coloring. She also partnering with KualoaGrown at Kualoa Ranch to make preserves with Hawaiʻi grown produce.
Akiko has won best in show at That Takes the Cake Show in Austin, Texas and participated on Food Network’s Cake Wars. Aloha Bites can accommodate custom orders for special events and even, occasionally have cake and cupcake classes.
Allow to come to room temperature for best flavor.
