Mediterranean oregano relative with zesty flavor. Native to the Mediterranean, where it's spiced up dishes for thousands of years. Flavor combines sweet marjoram, thyme, and oregano. Not to be confused with Z'atar, a herbal blend of several ingredients.Fresh herbs are fragile and do not like to be handled. To preserve them, we do not usually wash on the farm. As with all produce, wash carefully and thoroughly before consuming.

About Lokoea Farms

Nestled in Haleʻiwa's Anahulu river valley on Oʻahu's North Shore, Lokoea Farms is a family-run operation that has been growing delicious food since 2000. They mainly produce naturally-grown Haleʻiwa Gold oranges and Meyer lemons, as well as a variety of other fruit & produce including limes, grapefruit, avocado, mango, papaya, and more.

Donald started planting the trees about 15 years ago, and his daughter Noe has now joined him as farm manager. They are now both at the farm full-time. As a small farm, they cater to each and every customer, and always encourage open communication and feedback.

They follow GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) to make sure their food is safe. They strive for the freshest, longest-lasting produce by harvesting on-demand and/or following proper post-harvest procedures for each crop.
