Farm Link Hawaiʻi's core purpose, values, and big hairy audacious goal were developed in February 2022 and guided by the ideas in BE 2.0 (Beyond Entrepreneurship 2.0) by Jim Collins.

These are the guiding principles by which we navigate. Farm Link’s core values and beliefs are:

Our BHAG is to become the driving force transforming local food production into a thriving industry and making good local food accessible to all of Hawai‘i’s people.
