Ginger-braddah man
- Kaʻiulani Spices Organic Cinnamon Sugar Spice
- 2 oz Kōloa Rum Company Kauaʻi Spice Rum
- 1/2 oz Sugarcane Dane Maui Falernum
- Maui Brewing Company Island Ginger Beer
Rim (highball or double rocks) glass with cinnamon sugar spice and add ice. Add rum, falernum, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime, cinnamon stick, or a candied ginger skewer for an extra festive touch.
Christmosas
- 1 oz Roselle Hibiscus Lime Culinary Syrup
- Maui Wine Lokelani Brut Sparkling Rose
Add syrup to champagne flute and top with bubbly. Garnish with Waialua Growers Organic Rosemary
Mele Kaliki-Mai Tai
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- Lanikai Brewing Company Pineapple Rum
- Kuleana Rum Works Huihui White Rum
- Kō Hana Distillers Kea Rum
- 1/2 oz Sugarcane Dane Macadamia Nut Orgeat syrup
- 3 oz Slow Island Kauaʻi Mai Tai Beverage Mixer (more to taste)
- Float 1/2 oz Kō Hana Koho Rum
Add the white rum, orgeat syrup, mai tai beverage mixer to a shaker with ice and shake lightly. Pour into a (highball or double rocks) glass. Float dark rum over the top. Garnish with Waialua Growers Organic Mint, Starfruit, and/or Orange.
Espresso Mint-ini
- 2oz Vodka
- 12th Hawaii Distiller Hawaiian Vodka
- Island Distillers HAPA Premium Vodka
- 1 oz Cold Brew Coffee (or espresso)
- 1/2 oz Pōai Peppermint Artisan Syrup
- Optional: 1/2 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlua)
- For garnish:
- Local Chocolate of Choice
- Peppermint Candy Canes
Chill martini glasses in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes. Melt chocolate and rim glasses with melted chocolate and crushed peppermint pieces. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, then strain into a well-chilled martini glass for a smooth, frothy top.
