Holiday Cheers: Four Festive Cocktails

Ginger-braddah man

Rim (highball or double rocks) glass with cinnamon sugar spice and add ice. Add rum, falernum, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime, cinnamon stick, or a candied ginger skewer for an extra festive touch.

Christmosas

Add syrup to champagne flute and top with bubbly. Garnish with Waialua Growers Organic Rosemary

Mele Kaliki-Mai Tai 

Add the white rum, orgeat syrup, mai tai beverage mixer to a shaker with ice and shake lightly. Pour into a (highball or double rocks) glass. Float dark rum over the top. Garnish with Waialua Growers Organic MintStarfruit, and/or Orange.

Espresso Mint-ini

  • 2oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Cold Brew Coffee (or espresso)
  • 1/2 oz Pōai Peppermint Artisan Syrup
  • Optional: 1/2 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlua)
  • For garnish:
    • Local Chocolate of Choice
    • Peppermint Candy Canes

Chill martini glasses in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes. Melt chocolate and rim glasses with melted chocolate and crushed peppermint pieces. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, then strain into a well-chilled martini glass for a smooth, frothy top.
