How It Works

  • Shop the online marketplace

    Select the date that you want your groceries delivered in the top right. Browse our shelves and add farm-fresh fruits, ethical meats, and more to your cart.

    Tip: If you are a SNAP recipient, click the “Paying with EBT” toggle in the top right to automatically get 50% off produce and poi.

  • Check out by midnight

    When you’re ready, head over to your cart in the top right and check out. Enter your delivery address or select pickup at our Kalihi food hub.

    There is a $30 order minimum for deliveries and a $9.99 delivery fee. The delivery fee is waived for orders over $80 and for households paying with EBT/SNAP, regardless of order size.

  • Pick up or get it delivered

    Our team in Kalihi assembles your box and delivers your groceries right to your door or pickup at our food hub. You’ll get a text message when the driver leaves the warehouse and another when the delivery has been made.

    Enjoy the local goodness knowing that you are actively contributing to the strength and resilience of our community’s food ecosystem.

 

Groceries delivered every day of the week

Delivery fee: There is a $9.99 fee for next-day deliveries under $80 and for households paying with SNAP-EBT, regardless of order size.

Delivery notes: Enter instructions at checkout to help the driver find your house and let us know where to leave your box in case you are not home. If you live in a gated complex and our driver is unable to gain access to drop off directly at your unit, we will not be able to complete your delivery and will have to reschedule for another day. Please share necessary access codes in your note at checkout.

When to expect your delivery: Deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm. On your delivery day, we will text you an order tracking link and ETA when your delivery is 2-3 hours out. You'll receive another text when your stop is next, and a final text when the driver arrives. We believe in over-communication!

Leave out a cooler or promptly unpack your box: We no longer leave ice packs with boxes. Please ensure a cooler is out with ice packs inside for our drivers to transfer your items into or make sure your box is promptly unpacked and properly stored to retain the quality of your food.

Paying with EBT online (new for summer 2025): Farm Link now takes EBT payment online! You no longer need to be home to meet our driver with your card. Hooray! Learn more.

Ordering alcohol: You must be home to meet our delivery driver if your order includes alcohol so that our driver can check your ID.

Military bases: We cannot deliver to military bases and housing at this time. If you live on base, please select one of our pickup locations.

Tipping your driver: Tips are not expected but they are always greatly appreciated! If you'd still like to send your driver a virtual thank you, please contact customer support at (808) 201-5252 or at support@farmlinkhawaii.com.

 

Pickup at our food hub

To select pickup option, click the calendar icon at the top of the page, or at the top of your cart. Change the date to your preferred date.

Our food hub is located in Kalihi at 743 Waiakamilo Road. We are the second warehouse on the maikai side of the parking lot with the roll-up door. You can park in any empty stall. Just walk up and one our friendly team members will be there to assist!

Pickups are available 10 am-5 pm.

Orders must be picked up on the date of delivery. If you are unable to pickup on the day of, please reach out to our customer support asap at (808) 201-5252 or at support@farmlinkhawaii.com Same day cancellations or orders not picked up by 5 PM will be charged a restocking fee.

Edit an order after checkout

After you check out, at this time you are unable to edit your order on your own. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us no later than 3 pm the day before your delivery. You can reach us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com or (808) 201-5252. Due to the volume and complexity of our operations, we are unable to accommodate any modifications or cancellations after 3 pm the day before.

Re-deliveries and cancellations

If you need to reschedule an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@farmlinkhawaii.com or (808) 201-5252. We are able to re-schedule for deliveries or hub pick ups for the next day only. If you are unable to have delivered or pick up the following day, we will cancel on your behalf. Orders not picked up by the end of the pickup window will also be considered canceled. 

A restocking fee will be applied to any orders canceled on your behalf. Should you need to cancel your order, please try to let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations after 3 pm the day before or on same day will incur a restocking fee. 

Product availability and substitutions

Our ever-changing climate and small farmer production mean there is a lot of variability in what's available in a given week. We are working with current and prospective producers to increase consistency in supply, but we also encourage you to be bold and try something new if you don't find your favorite item!

Due to Farm Link's short supply chain and the many variables that impact our farmers, we are occasionally unable to fulfill an item in your order. When this happens, we do our best to swap it out with a similar item. See our Substitutions and Shorts Policy for more details. If you're unhappy with the substitution, contact us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Return packaging for re-use

We are able to take back and reuse the cardboard box your order arrives in, as well as glass bottles/jars from your order. Just set them out in the same spot where you have your order delivered. Our pick-up locations will also allow you to leave packaging behind for reuse. 

Alcohol policy

We are excited to offer all things boozy to the marketplace!

You may place an order for any of our alcohol products either for delivery or pickup from our food hub in Kalihi.

Someone 21+ must be present to receive delivery or pickup at the food hub and show ID. This does not have to be the person who placed the order, it could be your partner or uncle as long as they are 21 or older. 

Upon delivery or pickup, we will scan your ID and get your signature as required by state law. We only store your name and date of birth; we don't store a photo of your ID. We will need to verify your age each time you purchase alcohol from our marketplace.

Payment

Credit or Debit Card: When you check out, there will be a temporary authorization from Farm Link on your card. Your card will be charged on the day of your delivery.

Shop Pay: Shop Pay is a secure service provided by Shopify that can store your credit card information. Look for the purple Shop Pay buttons at log in and checkout. If you choose not to use Shop Pay, you will need to input your credit card information every time you check out. Note, Shop Pay order tracking does not work with Farm Link. Farm Link will send you a tracking link via SMS on the day of your delivery.

SNAP-EBT: Select "Pay with EBT/SNAP" at checkout. When you click "Pay Now", you'll be redirected to Forage, a secure payment processor. On Forage, see your EBT balance and complete your payment. You'll automatically get unlimited 50% off fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables through our partnership with the DA BUX Double Up Food Bucks program!

Gift Card: Enter your gift card number in the discount field at checkout. If your order does not use the full amount from the gift card, then you can use that code again next time to use the remaining gift card balance. Please reach out to support@farmlinkhawaii.com if you cannot find your gift card number or want us to check your balance.
