Paying with EBT

How do I pay with EBT online?
At checkout, select "Pay with EBT/SNAP" as your payment method. You'll be redirected to Forage, our secure payment processor, to enter your EBT balance and complete your payment. No account creation is required. If you have a SNAP-EBT card, you're ready to shop.
Forage is a secure, trusted payment processor that specializes in EBT transactions. Your card information is handled directly by Forage and Farm Link never sees or stores your EBT card details.
Does Hōʻiliʻili also accept SNAP-EBT?
Yes! You can pay with SNAP-EBT both online for delivery or pickup, and in person at our retail location, Hōʻiliʻili Market & Deli in Honolulu.
What if my order includes non-EBT-eligible items?
No problem. You can pay for EBT-eligible items with your SNAP card and cover any remaining non-eligible items (like alcohol or most Health & Home products) with a debit or credit card at checkout.
Can I see my EBT balance before I pay?
Yes. The Forage checkout page displays your current EBT balance so you can confirm you have enough funds before completing your purchase.
What if I don't have enough EBT balance to cover my full order?
You can use your EBT card to cover the eligible portion of your order and pay the remaining balance with a debit or credit card. If you have questions about splitting payment, contact us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com or (808) 201-5252.

What time do I need to order by?
Place your order by midnight for next-day delivery. Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 12 pm (noon). Note, we cannot offer free delivery for same-day orders. If you do need a quick turnaround, you can choose same-day pickup for free.
What if an item I ordered is unavailable?
Because we work with small local farmers, availability can vary week to week. If we can't fulfill an item that you ordered, we'll do our best to swap it with something similar. If we can find a good substitution, then we will refund your card. If you're unhappy with a substitution, let us know at support@farmlinkhawaii.com. Can I edit an EBT order after I place it?
If you want to add more to your order, please add them to your cart and checkout again. There’s no order minimum and no fees, so there’s no extra cost to you. We will bundle your orders and deliver them together.
If you need to remove items or cancel your order, you'll need to contact us directly. Reach us by email at support@farmlinkhawaii.com or by text/call at (808) 201-5252. Changes must be made before midnight for next-day orders, or by 12 pm (noon) for same-day orders.
What if something is wrong with my order?

Is delivery always free for SNAP-EBT customers?
Next-day delivery is always free for households paying with SNAP-EBT.
Please note, we cannot offer free delivery for same-day orders. If you do need a quick turnaround, you can choose same-day pickup for free or pay the delivery fee (varies by location).
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver island-wide on Oʻahu – from the back of Makaha to the farms of Waimānalo to the farthest corners of Waialua – 6 days a week.
Farm Link does not deliver on Tuesdays. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm. You'll receive a text with a tracking link and ETA when your delivery is 2–3 hours out, another when your stop is next, and a final text when the driver arrives.
Please note, we cannot deliver to military bases or military housing yet. If you live on base, please plan to pick up at our hub in Kalihi or shop in person at Hōʻiliʻili in Honolulu (https://farmlinkhawaii.com/pages/hoiliili).
Where do I go for pickup orders?
Free pickup is available 6 days a week (Wed–Mon), 10 am–3:30 pm (1:30–3:30 pm for same-day orders) at our food hub: 743 Waiakamilo Road, Suite J, Honolulu, HI 96817.
