Simple and delicious. So easy to cook. Broccolini stays crunchy, yet tender and the florets are great little flavor absorbers. 

A relative of broccoli but not to be confused with broccoli rabe. Broccolini can taste similar to gai lan as the stems take on a pleasantly crunchy texture while the florets become tender.
