The Farm Link Membership is a subscription service offered by Farm Link Hawaiʻi (“Farm Link”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) that provides free delivery on eligible next-day online orders. Farm Link Membership is available on two subscription plans (each, a “Membership Type”):

• Annual Membership: $150 per year (the “Membership Fee”), billed once every twelve (12) months.
• Monthly Membership: $15 per month (also referred to as the “Membership Fee”), billed once every month.

At sign-up, you choose the Membership Type that applies to your account, and your Membership Fee, billing frequency, and Membership Term (defined below) are determined by that selection. The Membership Fee is subject to change upon notice from Farm Link. However, if the Membership Fee for your selected Membership Type is increased during your then-current Membership Term, you will not be charged the increased amount until your next renewal.

Membership Benefits

Current membership benefits include, but are not limited to:

• Free delivery on all eligible next-day online orders (see “Delivery Benefit and Exclusions” below
• Additional exclusive offers as made available

Farm Link reserves the right to add, remove, or modify membership benefits at any time, as described in Section 1(b) below.

1. Additional Terms Applicable to Farm Link Membership

(a) Availability

Farm Link Membership is open to anyone who signs up through Farm Link Hawaiʻi's online store. You do not need an existing Farm Link Hawaiʻi account to sign up — if you do not already have one, an account will be created for you as part of the same transaction in which you purchase your Farm Link Membership.

(b) Membership Type and Term

Your Farm Link Membership “Membership Term” is determined by the Membership Type you select at sign-up:

• Annual Membership: a term of one (1) year from your date of purchase (your “Renewal Date”).
• Monthly Membership: a term of one (1) month from your date of purchase, renewing on the same day each month (also your “Renewal Date”).

Membership benefits are available immediately upon activation through your online Farm Link account. 

Farm Link reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel Farm Link Membership benefits, fees, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice, except that you will be notified of any change to the Membership Fee as described above.

(c) Subscription Management Through Shopify

Farm Link Memberships are sold and managed using Shopify's subscription platform. By signing up, you also agree to the following:

• Your Membership Fee is billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, per your Membership Type) to the payment method you provide through Shopify's checkout and customer account system.
• Your payment method is stored and processed securely by Shopify, not directly by Farm Link. Farm Link does not have access to your full card or payment account details.
• You can view, update, pause, or cancel your Farm Link Membership at any time through your Shopify-powered customer account portal, or by contacting Farm Link customer support.
• If a recurring payment fails, Shopify will attempt to retry the charge per its standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after those attempts, your Farm Link Membership benefits may be suspended or your membership canceled until a valid payment method is provided.
• Order and billing history related to your Farm Link Membership will be reflected in your Shopify-powered customer account.

(d) Cancellation

You may cancel your Farm Link Membership at any time; HOWEVER, YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF MEMBERSHIP TYPE OR HOW MUCH OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP TERM REMAINS. Upon cancellation, your Farm Link Membership and all associated benefits terminate immediately, regardless of how much of your then-current Membership Term remains.

(e) Automatic Renewal

Prior to your Renewal Date, you will receive a reminder notification (email and/or SMS, consistent with your communication preferences) advising you of the upcoming renewal.

ON YOUR RENEWAL DATE, IF YOU HAVE NOT CANCELED OR PAUSED YOUR FARM LINK MEMBERSHIP, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP TERM OF THE SAME LENGTH (ONE MONTH FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS, ONE YEAR FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS), AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP TYPE.

To avoid this charge, you must cancel or pause your membership — through your Shopify-powered customer account portal or by notifying Farm Link customer support — prior to your Renewal Date. If you have not canceled prior to renewal, you authorize Farm Link and its subscription billing provider (Shopify) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable Membership Fee.

(f) Delivery Benefit and Exclusions

The free delivery benefit applies only to next-day delivery orders placed through Farm Link Hawaiʻi's online store. It does not apply to the following:

• Same-day delivery orders. Same-day delivery is a separate, optional convenience service. Same-day orders are excluded from the free delivery benefit and are instead charged a delivery fee reflecting the actual cost of fulfilling the order through Farm Link's third-party delivery service provider. This fee varies based on your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you complete a same-day order.

Farm Link may identify additional order types, delivery zones, or circumstances that are not eligible for the free delivery benefit; any such exclusions will be noted at checkout or in your account.

(g) Orders Paid With SNAP-EBT

Regardless of whether you have an active Farm Link Membership, orders paid for using SNAP-EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer) always receive free next-day delivery. This SNAP-EBT delivery benefit is provided independent of Farm Link Membership status.

(h) Limitations on Use / Termination by Farm Link

Farm Link reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Farm Link Membership if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms and conditions, in Farm Link's sole discretion.

Your Farm Link Membership is non-transferable. Benefits are intended for personal use only and may be used only for non-commercial purposes.
