Hanalei Spirits is a completely family-owned and operated craft distillery on the north shore of Kauaʻi. They utilize as many Kauaʻi-sourced ingredients as possible, from produce grown on their family farm to farms island-wide. Paired with some of the purest water in the world from Mount Waiʻaleʻale, they capture the distinct flavor of Kauaʻi's abundant bounty.

Their farm is situated on property with roots in sugarcane, where they are planting and growing Ti leaf, lilikoʻi, kalo, and ginger—ingredients that will be used to craft their island spirits. Through their premium spirits, they aim to contribute their part in maintaining a healthier balance between Hawaiʻi's rich agricultural history and its reliance on visitors.
