Kualoa's team of over 50 agricultural staff produce five different types of animal protein (beef, pork, shrimp, oysters, and lamb). In addition, they grow and produce a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, tropical flowers, and value-added products on-site. The diversity and scale of Kualoa's operation makes them one of the most diverse farming operations in the state.
