• Kvasir's Mead maker, Ninja Tomek was born in Gniezno which lies in Central Western Poland. Tomerk learned the art of Mead making at a young age from his Babcia. Today, they pay tribute to her by using her process and recipes.

    Kvasir's Mead Farm is where they grown some of the ingredients for their meads. It is important to them to support local farmers and local economy. They started with a two acre lot ten years go. They worked the land by clearing invasive species and planting trees like: banana, taro, cassava, and other crops. A decade later, they are stoked to use Babcia's traditional Polish receips with Big Island flavors.
