The misson at Lāʻau Aloha is to help re-connect with the ʻāina, powerful plant friends, ourselves, and wellness. Lāʻau means plant as well as medicine. Plants each have special healing abilities, just as everyone has their own unique super powers to help their communities. By recognizing and acknowledging the super powers in each healing plant, we can acknowledge a super healing power within ourselves.
