Created by Kaitlin and Aaron Diaz, owners of Haleakava Kava Bar in Kihei, TAHA is the first Kava Beverage of its kind with 800mg of Kava per can! Island Flavors, bubbles and most importantly, Kava make this beverage the perfect pau hana drink for anyone, anytime, anywhere.

TAHA has been a vision of theirs for years and to finally have it come to reality has been a dream come true. To have it made here on Maui, is the cherry on top.  

They are a small, family owned and operated business that started from the roots up. They opened Haleakava in October of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. No investors or loans, just a husband and wife determined to build something positive and with purpose, together.  They took a chance and the community embraced them and allowed them to grow in times of extreme trial. They were blessed to open a second location on Front St. in Lahaina in 2021 which we sadly lost on August 8th, 2023. It was another special place for locals and visitors to congregate in a positive, uplifting manner and share Kava with each other. They hope to one day return to Lahaina when the time is right and that part of the island has healed.
