Waiholokuʻi Garden, located on the lush rainforest slopes of Kīauea Volcano, was founded in 2002 by Elizabeth Ward. Elizabeth started Waiholokuʻi Garden as a way to keep her growing family fed. It began as a small, 1/2 acre farm of lettuce and salad greens. Since then the farm has expanded to include many varieties of USDA Certified Organic fruits and vegetables as well as over 5 acres of māmaki plants and a farm store in Pāhoa!
