  • Their craft soda dream started more than twenty years ago when Adam discovered his love for ginger beer at Andyʻs Sandwiches in Mānoa. New flavors could only seem to be found on trips to the continent. So Adam learned how to make it at home, yielding delicious and somewhat unpredictable fermentations. After studying plant sciences at KCC, Adam studied agriculture at CTAHR. Adam then took the advice of his sister and found a job with a new brewery. He gained several years experience with the industry and equipment. Then, Adam met Amelia and discovered a partner who shared his passion for supporting local agriculture. She was excited to use her project management skills from the Navy to start a new business.

Zingipop Sodaworks is committed to supporting local agriculture through the sale of added value, non-alcoholic beverage products. Their soda is made without additives or preservatives, using 100% locally grown fruit, roots, herbs, and lightly sweetened with honey.
