They stone-grind coffee beans for several days into 50% dark milk chocolate to craft this delicious, rich, creamy, and eye-opening bar. Early morning treat or an after-dinner indulgence for any mocha lover.

Lonohana Estate Chocolate
Lonohana Estate Chocolate is located on the island of O‘ahu, Hawaiʻi and is the result of two families’ dream to create a vertically integrated chocolate company.They propagated their own cacao seedlings, planted their first trees in 2009, and now farm 14 acres of cacao by hand on the North Shore. They harvest the fruit, use wild fermentations, and dry the beans, up on the farm. They then handcraft small batches of chocolate bars at their factory in Honolulu. Using traditional techniques, they have collected an array of vintage chocolate-making equipment over the years to produce their chocolate.
