Made in-house by Meat Provisioner Bob McGee, who has decades of experience creating ono cured meats and sausage that make it even easier for you to eat local.  Grass-fed and free-range heritage lamb. Raised on the island of Hawaiʻi. Antibiotic-free, hormone-free, vegetarian-fed.  

Ingredients: Ground grass-fed lamb, kosher salt, black pepper, scallions, cilantro, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, allspice, mace, clove, cumin, nutmeg, coriander, paprika
