Like divine fruit gummies, these fruit jellies are made from Hawaiʻi-grown fruits. The Lahaina Collection is an assortment of fruit, wine, and herb-flavored jellies inspired by the traditional French confection “pates de fruits.” A great way to share fruits of the islands.
Over 50% (by weight) of ingredients are fruits. No added food color or flavoring.

Chris and Lin founded Maui Fruit Jewels in 2012 after moving from China. With her Le Cordon Bleu pastry arts training in hand, Lin experiments with the island’s abundant fruits, creating recipes for their signature jellies, pastes, shortbreads, and purées. Chris manages production using his background in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
