Out of stock
Sour citrus is popular in Okinawa. Shikuwasa is a type of citrus native to Okinawa and Taiwan. Similar to Calamondin (Calamansi) in the Philippines, this little round fruit has a bright, tart, sour citrus taste. The flesh is orange to yellow and the peel is green to orange. Use on fish, chicken, salads, etc. the same way you would use lemon or lime.
