Organic Pōpōʻulu Banana
Out of stock
These bananas are short, thick and rounded. They are starchy when green, where they are superb for making large crispy tostones or any recipe that calls for Plantains. As they begin to yellow and ripen, they will become sweeter and are excellent for baking when they around half-ripe. Fully ripe, they are sweet and may be eaten like any ripe banana.
