Laura and Markus are the passionate founders and owners of Edible Peace®, the home of mouthwatering artisan macadamia nut cream cheese made right here in Hawaiʻi. After finding out that so much produce in grocery stores in Hawaiʻi are imported, their journey began in the summer of 2018 and they were inspired to take action so they embarked on a mission to promote fairness through awareness.

They wanted to raise awareness around the fact that local food growers are undermined, contributing to global warming. With more than 99% of their ingredients sourced from Hawai’i, they prioritize sustainability and act responsibly to protect their regional communities and their planet for future generations. They want to give a big mahalo for supporting their vision of a kinder, fairer, and more sustainable Hawaiʻi and world.
