Da Farm

Da Farm is a 1/4 acre property in Waimānalo, Oʻahu, run by Alyssa Lee and Jimi Cortez. They grow on raised beds that run mauka to makai, where they grow hoop house peppers and tomatoes and farm chicory, butter lettuce, tomatillo, and cilantro.
They only use local compost and OMRI-approved bonemeal as fertilizer and biodynamic compost teas as nutrient supplements for fertigation. They diligently practice water conservation with high-efficiency water drip lines. Their products are grown with aloha da ʻohana.
