Napa, Chinese, or sometimes called celery cabbage is less pungent than other cabbages with a mild and slightly sweet peppery taste and a fabulous crunch. Delicious eaten raw, cooked on its own, and mixed into salads, slaws, and stir-fries. 

To support local farmers we buy all sizes. We may cut extra large cabbage to provide smaller products available for purchase.
