Sweet, great for eating fresh or preserves. Figs will ripen in a brown bag (with a banana if you have it!) on the counter until they're soft and fragrant. Once they're ripe, keep in the fridge and eat quickly, they don't last long.Clamshells are generally 4-6 oz, 4-7 figs.
