Making pork hash, meatballs, potstickers or wontons?

Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waianae, Oahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids.

• Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. 
• After thawing, use within one to two days.
