  • ;In 2013, Fanny embarked on her baking adventure, after a lot of ups and down she created Canelei Hawaii a classic French pastry that she sold all over the island. This would eventually lead to the creation of Ocean Side Bakery in 2023 in the heart of Chinatown, Honolulu. Alongside Drew, her culinary partner, combined Swiss-French culinary heritage to the local community. Inspired by their shared love for quality local ingredients and traditional techniques, they craft pastries and rustic breads that reflect their passion and love for baking.
