We upgraded the Farm Link Hawaiʻi website to continue providing you with easy access to the best variety of local foods.

Here's what's new:

You must check out to get your order. We now operate more like other e-commerce sites where you shop, add items to your cart, and check out to confirm your order. To check out, go to your cart in the top right of the site and follow the prompts. And if you forget, we'll send you a reminder email to ensure you get your groceries.

After checking out, you cannot edit your order. If you want to make a change, please contact us no later than 4 pm the day before your delivery and we’d be happy to add or remove something for you. You can reach us at (808) 201-5252 or support@farmlinkhawaii.com.

Use Shop Pay to store your details for a speedy checkout. Shop Pay is a secure service provided by Shopify that can store your address and credit card information. If you choose not to use Shop Pay, you will need to input your credit card information every time you check out.

Logging in to your account is optional. You can shop and check out without logging in. You may want to log so that you can easily reorder your favorites and use your saved address and delivery notes at checkout. Note, the first time you log in to the new site, you will need to reset your password.

Credits and gift cards were carried over. If you have unused credits, we sent them to your email in the form of a gift card. And unused gift cards can be used with the same code that was shared with you previously. Contact us if you have any questions or need us to re-share your gift card code.
