Dark crust with a light crumb. Seeded loaf with sesame, sunflower, and flax seeds. 100% naturally leavened and baked directly on a stone hearth. Limited quantity - baked fresh on Fridays and Sundays for our customers.

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, salt, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds

Allergens: Wheat

Made in Hawaiʻi with local and imported ingredients



Storage Tips

Baked fresh on day of delivery.

Recipes

Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Remove from freezer and thaw completely.
3. Place loaf directly on the center rack of the oven.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp.  Leave in a few minutes longer if you like a crispier crust.
5. Allow bread to cool before serving.

Breadshop is a craft bakery located in Kaimuki. Their motto "established daily" lies at the heart of everything they do: their products are baked and sold the day they are made, and at the end of the day, any unsold product is donated to a local food pantry. They strive to ensure that everything they make is shown in the best possible light and in order to do so, bake in small batches throughout the day, allow adequate time for the product to cool (hot bread is not done cooking), then get it onto our shelves and out to you as quickly as possible.

At Breadshop, they believe that good bread should not be a luxury reserved for special occasions or dinner parties, it should be part of our daily lives.
