With only two ingredients, this is Hawai‘i-grown chocolate in its purest form. The cacao is sourced from Lonohana's orchard on the North Shore of O‘ahu as well as from select grower partners throughout Hawai'i.

Lonohana Estate Chocolate
Lonohana Estate Chocolate is located on the island of O‘ahu, Hawaiʻi and is the result of two families’ dream to create a vertically integrated chocolate company.They propagated their own cacao seedlings, planted their first trees in 2009, and now farm 14 acres of cacao by hand on the North Shore. They harvest the fruit, use wild fermentations, and dry the beans, up on the farm. They then handcraft small batches of chocolate bars at their factory in Honolulu. Using traditional techniques, they have collected an array of vintage chocolate-making equipment over the years to produce their chocolate.
