HI Pie began as a tiny dessert catering business out of Casey's home on the North Shore of Oahu in 2014. What it's become with hard work and passion has been a blessing and continues to amaze her. The preparation of food has inspired and captivated her all her life. Not only by the ability it has to comfort and uplift, but how it can create lifelongmemories in us. Casey started her first restaurant job when she was 14, busing tables and washing dishes. Since then she's worked her way through many kitchens and bakeries, further cultivating her passion. As far as she's concerned there's no environment more exciting, enriching or one that stimulates creativity more than a kitchen. Casey feels a sense of stewardship to this work she so deeply enjoys and after more than 20 years it continues to thrill and excite her. Casey's hope is that you taste the devotion and care that goes into their products.
