Asparagus
Twin Bridge Farms grows asparagus year-round in Waialua offering us constant access to these locally grown, sweet, earthy, crunchy spears. How do you cook asparagus? Let us count the ways: boiling, steaming, roasting, sautéing, pan roasting, or grilling. To let the simple flavor of asparagus shine, simply sauté your spears in garlic olive oil (or butter) and season with salt. Don't mush them up by overcooking them—with a little bit of crunch is a great way to eat this bunch.
