Ritual: Massage on to abdomen, low back, and sore muscles as needed. To help relieve moontime cramping or stomach aches, make small gentle circles in a clockwise spiral outwards from your belly button and give extra love to tender spots. As you create friction while applying the balm, you can feel a gentle sense of heat being generated from the warming herbs. To augment this effect, cover the area with a hot pouch or heating blanket.
