Citron is a large fragrant citrus fruit with a thick, bumpy, and highly aromatic rind. The rind can be candied or preserved in sugar syrup. The inside of the fruit contains a small amount of juicy pulp and seeds, but it is not usually consumed due to its sour and bitter taste.

Grown in Hawaiʻi
