Little citrus fruits with big tart and floral notes.

Also called calamondin. The juice of these little guys is perfect for a version of lemonade. In Filipino cuisine, calamansi is a common condiment that balances the saltiness of certain dishes. Mix it with shoyu or fish sauce (soy sauce) and use it as a dipping sauce for grilled meats or vegetables. Or, squeeze in dishes to add a citrusy depth.

About Lokoea Farms

Nestled in Haleʻiwa's Anahulu river valley on Oʻahu's North Shore, Lokoea Farms is a family-run operation that has been growing delicious food since 2000. They mainly produce naturally-grown Haleʻiwa Gold oranges and Meyer lemons, as well as a variety of other fruit & produce including limes, grapefruit, avocado, mango, papaya, and more.

Donald started planting the trees about 15 years ago, and his daughter Noe has now joined him as farm manager. They are now both at the farm full-time. As a small farm, they cater to each and every customer, and always encourage open communication and feedback.

They follow GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) to make sure their food is safe. They strive for the freshest, longest-lasting produce by harvesting on-demand and/or following proper post-harvest procedures for each crop.
