Cassava
Cassava
Cassava can be eaten whole (once the skin is removed and the starchy inside of the root is cooked thoroughly), grated, ground into flour to make bread and crackers, or crafted into cake.
Cassava may be dangerous if consumed raw, in large amounts, or when it is prepared improperly. Please ensure that you peel off the skin of the root, cook it thoroughly, and soak it in water before it is cooked.
