Duck eggs raised and collected in Waianae through the Kahumana Farm Hub. They're slightly larger than a chicken egg, but the yolks are very rich and thick. They are awesome for baking or use them just like chicken eggs, scrambled, omelets, hard boiled, and for any cooking and baking needs.
