Small-batch gin crafted from pineapple and a botanical blend of juniper, coriander and various seeds and herbs such as cedar tips and Maui-grown lavender. 

In the 19th Century, the arrival of English ships in Honolulu Harbor led to a strong Victorian influence. Named after a sailor’s word for “drink”, “Fid” Street, now known as lower Nuʻuanu Avenue in Honolulu, became the place where the thirsty and sea-weary reveled. Bridging the gap between old English and American craft gin styles, FID Street Gin is the first gin ever created on Maui and only the second in Hawai'i since prohibition.

About Haliʻimaile Distilling Company

Tim and Neil LeVecke, inspired by a dream of crafting genuine spirits in Hawaii, partnered with Mark Nigbur and his distillery in Colorado known for producing exceptional vodka using glass stills. Impressed by Mark's process and quality, the LeVecke family joined forces, sharing a passion for family businesses. Experimenting with Hawaiian produce, they created vodkas from fresh pineapple juice and taro. Recognizing their success, Mark and his son relocated to Maui in 2007, initially setting up in the old Maui Land & Pineapple cannery before moving to Haliʻimaile Pineapple company's premises in 2009. Their tasting room opened in 2015, marking a milestone in their journey.
