Grass-fed Beef Tallow (Fat)
Grass-fed Beef Tallow (Fat)
If you ever wondered what made McDonalds french fries so delicious, it's because they used to cook their fries in beef fat. Most mass-produced beef tallow is white, while ours is deep yellow from the Beta-carotene found in grass the cattle eat.
Made with 100% Hawaiian grass-fed and finished beef, born and pasture-raised in Waimea on the Big Island. These cattle thrive without added hormones or antibiotics, ensuring pure, wholesome beef. When we package items in a plastic, BPA-free container, we cool the ingredient down before placing into the container.
