Tender, flavorful, and perfectly brined, our grass-fed corned beef is made with care from Hawaiʻi-raised beef. Crafted by Chuck Wakeman of Butcher & Bird, it’s best simmered for about an hour per pound until fork-tender. Comes raw ready to cook.
100% grass-fed and finished beef pasture-raised on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. These cattle are raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. Minimally processed by Hāmākua Meat Processors and butchered in-house at Farm Link, Hawaiʻi.
Ingredients: Hawaiian grass-fed and finished beef, Kosher salt, onion powder, garlic, juniper, fennel, anise, mustard seed, black pepper, coriander, and caraway.

Arrives frozen. Keep refrigerated or frozen. After thawing, use within one or two additional days.
