Also known as water lemon, this subtropical passionfruit bears ovate fruits with a velvety rind and a mild sweet flavor with floral notes. They have a vigorous vining habit and will require a good trellis to climb. The flowers are fragrant, and will produce well at cooler elevations.

Cultivation: Scarify seeds and allow four weeks for germination. Provide a strong trellis for the vigorous vines to climb. Prune back after harvesting to encourage new growth for the next season.
