Les Drent, farmer and owner of Kauai Distilling Company, started producing small batch whisky bourbon in 2018 after years of trial and error.
Their family is now proud to add their lines of Kapahi Bourbon Whiskey and un-aged Virgin Kea to their already extensive and successful list of Hawaiʻi-grown, value-added crops, including Coffee Times 100% Kona coffee, Kauaʻi-grown organic Blair Estate coffee, cigars, chocolate, honey and corn. They invite you to enjoy the fruits of their labor and the blessings of the rich and fertile volcanic soil of the Hawaiian Islands.
