Award winning Kōloa Rum Company was founded in 2009 as the first licensed distillery in Kauaʻi, where sugarcane production has been a tradtitional way of life. Kōloa Rum Company is a single-batch, craft distiller and bottler of premium Hawaiian rums made from pure Hawaiian sugarcane, pristine rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale and twice distilled in a vintage copper pot still.
All distilling, blending, and bottling is done at their distillery in Kalaheo. Kōloa Rum Company embraces the rich heritage of Kauaʻi's sugar industry and is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with local farmers to develop new and exciting flavors.
