Rebel Kitchen started in 2011 with the opening of their restaurant in Kainaliu, Big Island. A few years in, they started making their own condiments for their guests to enjoy with their meals, it started with Hot Sauce and then Ketchup and Mustard. Their guests wanted to buy these products to take home and that’s how we got into packaged foods. It’s been a slow but steady growth with a big learning curve, but their products are now on store shelves on all islands with goals to grow their product line with their salad dressings and simmer sauces. All their products are made on Big Island by Randy and Gabby, with love.
