Maui is the home and original location where Adoboloco was started in 2011. They started with a single hot sauce born from a homeschool garden. Since establishing the business, many things has changed but what hasn't is the small family business that loves working together, even with ups and downs.
In 2014, the Parsons ʻOhana moved production to Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, due to major logistical challenges of making a product in Hawaiʻi, learning about shipping inter-island, and to the lower 48 and beyond. To make this work, in 2015, they decided to add production in Oregon, luckily they have family connections there as well! Over the last 3 years, they have been building out a small commercial kitchen in Bend, Oregon, the whole family has had a share in it and they wouldn't change a thing, even the challenges.
Born in Maui, enjoyed everywhere. Adobolocal is local family owned, made in small batches in Hawai'i and Bend, Oregon.
