Napa, Chinese, or sometimes called celery cabbage is less pungent than other cabbages with a mild and slightly sweet peppery taste and a fabulous crunch. Delicious eaten raw, cooked on its own, and mixed into salads, slaws, and stir-fries.

Oblong-shaped head consisting of tightly arranged crinkly, thick, light-green leaves with prominent white veins. The innermost layer leaves feature a light yellow color.
