Tim and Neil LeVecke, inspired by a dream of crafting genuine spirits in Hawaii, partnered with Mark Nigbur and his distillery in Colorado known for producing exceptional vodka using glass stills. Impressed by Mark's process and quality, the LeVecke family joined forces, sharing a passion for family businesses. Experimenting with Hawaiian produce, they created vodkas from fresh pineapple juice and taro. Recognizing their success, Mark and his son relocated to Maui in 2007, initially setting up in the old Maui Land & Pineapple cannery before moving to Haliʻmaile Pineapple company's premises in 2009. Their tasting room opened in 2015, marking a milestone in their journey.
